Inc. Magazine and 2016 Goals

Closing Out 2016 Strong

Now that November has started, we have less than 2 months to achieve our 2016 goals.  How are things going?  What would your business and life look like if you played full out for the remaining 60 days left in this year?

“Setting goals is the first step in turning the invisible into the visible.” Tony Robbins

At Legacy Capital, one of our Core Values is “Fulfilling Big Games.” You can see the full list of our core values here: https://www.legacycapitalpa.com/about-us/

Our commitment to have our clients win the games they are playing in their respective games of building real estate empires, gets us excited to wake up in the morning knowing we get to make a difference with our clients.  Each one of our clients is different and we built Legacy Capital to help our clients accomplish their unique goals.

We love empowering our clients to achieve those goals that may seem a little scary or others may think is not possible.  I got a text this morning from a client which read “I’m trying to get this offer on another property accepted right now to close the year out with 10 rehabs.” During our annual strategy session with this client, we discovered this was his goal and have provided funding for his 2016 projects as well as strategy support to make this a reality.

Doug Fath and Legacy Capital were recently mentioned in an Inc. Magazine article talking about the 7 steps to take a 2-month Sabbatical Every Year.   Slava Menn of Labrador Real Estate breaks down misconceptions about how to build the business you want to make your dreams a reality.  If we were forced to add an 8th step it would be to Block Out The Noise.  Don’t let others tell you what can and can’t be done.

“Whether you think you can, or you think you can’t–you’re right.”  Henry Ford

Our question to you as 2016 comes to a close, “What can we do to help you reach your 2016 goals?” Call our office at 215-600-3419 and let us know.  Let’s make 2016 great again 🙂
