Just like you, we’re also active investors with over 35 years of experience… so we understand the hassles of traditional hard money lenders.   Starting in college we got bit by the real estate bug and it’s been our foundation ever since.  We’ve been financial advisors, note buyers, real estate operators, developers,, educators, advisors, coaches and hard money lenders for real estate investors.

But one big passion that has been there throughout everything and has only expanded for us over the years is how to grow and scale businesses in a responsible way to produce the results that YOU, as the business owner, want.

Doug Fath

Principal

Doug Fath is an award-winning entrepreneur and investor. Doug started and sold his first two businesses while in college and upon graduation from NYU’s Stern School of Business moved to Philadelphia to continue his real estate investing career.  Today he owns a variety of real estate operating companies that have been recognized at the White House as well as the United Nations. He is a winner of the Bank of America Entrepreneurship Award and has been featured and interviewed by ABC News, The NYU Report, the Philadelphia Daily News, and Bloomberg TV.   You can watch Doug speak at the White House here.

Jeffrey Greco


Principal

Jeffrey Greco started his career as a Financial Advisor with Karr Barth Associates, Inc. in Bala Cynwyd, PA after graduating from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. After working full time as a Financial Advisor, Jeffrey moved to San Diego, CA to launch Internet Marketing Inc. which has since become recognized as the 185th fastest growing private company in America in 2012. Using his knowledge from his previous real estate and finance experience, Jeffrey launched Second Chance Liberty in 2012 to capitalize on the opportunity to purchase mortgage notes across the United States.

After graduating from the University of New Hampshire’s Business School, Carly Perry began her career in marketing with various jobs ranging from radio to a non-profit art center to a real estate team. Carly brings a wide variety of experience to the Legacy Capital team and prides herself on providing an enjoyable experience for all clients and vendors.

Mike Tomasetti

Director of Development

Having previously launched and sold two successful construction companies, Mike Tomasetti has been investing in real estate, full time, since 2000. Over the past 16 years, partnered with his wife, he has acquired and developed over 80 properties – rehabs, new construction, single & multi family. Mike’s in-depth knowledge of building & construction allows him to effectively manage contracting resources and control costs.

Steve Sendzik

Construction Inspector

Steve Sendzik earned his undergraduate Business Degree from Temple University and a Graduate Degree from Antioch University. He has been involved in the real estate business as a Broker, investor, developer and inspector since the 1980’s.

Ernie Rosato

Construction Inspector

Ernie Rosato graduated from Spring Garden College for Construction Design and Management. After assisting in running the family construction business, Ernie decided to do home inspections professionally and  attended the Hometech School of Home Inspections where he became associated with the American Society of Home Inspectors. Ernie spent over 25 years running his own construction company and performing home inspections until 2015 when he decided to solely focus on performing payment verification inspections.

Stu Goodman

Legal Counsel

Stu Goodman brings to Legacy highly sophisticated experience in commercial real estate and corporate law. After graduating from Fordham Law School in 2004, Stu returned to his native Philadelphia where he honed his skills as an attorney in the corporate and real estate industry. In his over 15 years of experience practicing law, Stu has developed a wide range of sophisticated experience in complex transactional matters including the acquisition, disposition and leasing of commercial, retail, multi-family, self-storage and industrial real estate, general corporate matters and loan and other financing transactions. In addition to serving as Legacy’s General Counsel, Stu is the Founder and Managing Member of Capstone Law LLC.

Justin Davis

Legal Counsel

After graduating from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, cum laude, in 2003, Justin Davis spent the majority of his legal career in large law firms in Philadelphia where he honed his legal skills working on complex commercial real estate and corporate transactions. Justin also has extensive experience handling the acquisition, disposition and leasing of commercial real estate, financing transactions, and general corporate matters.

Michael Huber

Legal Counsel

Michael Huber is a graduate of Franklin & Marshall College and New York Law School. After beginning his career at a large law firm in New York City, where he practiced in commercial and financial services litigation, Michael moved to Philadelphia to focus on developing the city’s real estate industry as an attorney at Center City-based Capstone Law. Along with his colleagues at Capstone, Michael assists in structuring Legacy’s real estate lending transactions, helping our clients grow their real estate businesses.
